Tessa Morgan

Tessa Morgan has been making pottery in Woods Hole since the early 1980s. She combines a background in both ceramics and illustration to create unique pieces of art that reflect the natural beauty of the Cape as well as more whimsical designs. Flying Pig Pottery’s signature look is bold blue-black designs on a cream background created through a method called sgraffito. Her work consists of functional pottery for everyday use as well as wall art and tile installations.
